You will take a short stroll, through to English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. Built in 1725, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Nelson's Dockyard served as the base for the English naval squadron patrolling the West Indies. As you enter this historic park, the only working Georgian dockyard in the world, you will be met by your National Park's Guide who will lead you on a short, informative walking tour through the Dockyard with its beautifully restored buildings, detailed plaques, and many points of interest. Here you enjoy a complimentary and refreshing rum or fruit punch. There's then a fascination and unique way to see Nelson's Dockyard while boating around English Harbour. Your Guide will point out the interesting buildings, fascinating history, stories and anecdotes with numerous photo opportunities including the Pillars of Hercules. After the tour you will have free time to explore the Dockyard, museum, art gallery, gift shop, and boutiques. Your Guide will be on hand for the full duration of the tour and will escort you back to Falmouth Jetty. They will take you through a selection of rum flavoring samples to help you create your own rum blend as unique as your imagination. The characteristics of rum are varied and unique. You will be taught the art of tasting and blending your rum during the distillation process to create a perfect bottle for you. Guests works with their own pot still to create a bottle of rum truly unique to them, distilled in the traditional West Indian way. By the end of the class you'll take away a 750ml bottle of your own exceptional bespoke rum. Once you've created your rum, you'll go through the bottling and labelling process to ensure it looks as distinctive as the rum you've created. Personalized labels and a wax sealed bottle ensure you can take your rum home safely and proudly share your one-of-a-kind creation. Road Bay, French Invasion Hike

The guests will be driven from Road Bay to Shoal Bay Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, some say the whole world, with its pinkish hued white sand and intense turquoise water, Shoal Bay in itself is a destination. Here you will spend the day at a local, low key Caribbean style bar and restaurant on the more secluded end of the beach. Windstar guests will have their own designated area on the beach and will receive beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a drink (mixed drink, beer, wine, soda or water) upon arrival. Shoal Beach is 2 miles long, so you can walk from end to end. Enjoy this tranquil and beautiful Caribbean setting. Board your privatized speedboat and set off to your first snorkel spot at Little Bay, the tiniest beach on Anguilla and one of the most beautiful locations to snorkel. It is also one of the most private beaches on Anguilla, since the only way to get there is by foot or by water, and since it is protected by high cliffs on three sides there is hardly any surf, making it a perfect snorkel stop. Snorkeling in these crystal-clear warm waters will be a rewarding experience with plenty of colorful fish, squid and shells. In general, Anguilla is well known for its snorkeling and has an abundance of fish; you can find the feisty little black-barred Sergeant Major and plenty of colorful wrasses, snappers and grunts. Then on to the second snorkel stop, which is Shoal Bay, where you will find a reef abundant with coral and sea fans, along with Parrot Fish, Blue Tang and even Trunk Fish, the ones that look like little triangular boxes. The third and last snorkel spot will be Sandy Island, also famous for its excellent snorkeling with plenty to be seen. After this last stop, rum punch will be served and the guests will return to the pier in Sandy Ground. Please note : Guests must be able to swim and feel comfortable with snorkeling equipment. In addition, the Captain will use his discretion when selecting the stops and snorkeling locations based upon the current weather and sea conditions for the best guest's experience. Take the scenic route to Savi Beach where everyday is a celebration. Inspired by Anguilla's famous hospitality, Savi Beach ensures that everyone has an exceedingly great day. You will be greeted with a smile and taken to your beach chairs for some relaxation and much needed swim in the Caribbean Sea. Lunch will be served at the restaurant or on the beach (based on your preference) at a predetermined time. Spend some more time at the beach and then head back to the ship. Communicating by VHF radio, you'll head offroad and park your vehicle at the stunning, secluded Smugglers Beach. Stroll along the shoreline of one of Tortola's most inviting beaches. Bask in the sun, swim, or simply admire the natural beauty and serenity of the sea. Back in the Jeep, you'll wind through Long Bay and skirt the beautiful western shores of Apple Bay and the fishing village of Carrot Bay. Ascending Windy Hill, you'll take photos from a 360 degree view up at Sky world, before you continue to Cane Garden Bay and back to Nanny Cay Marina. Enjoy your scenic drive back to the ship. Cruise approximately 45 minutes across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to one of the British Virgin Island's prime snorkel sites. Your approximately 60-minute snorkeling adventure is all about enjoying the beautiful clear waters of the Virgin Islands, the myriad marine life and an idyllic Caribbean beach. Upon arriving at your snorkel site, an experienced instructor will guide you around the underwater world of a secluded location on Peter Island. Board your open air safari bus at Gun Creek and wind up the hills to Gorda Peak where you will have the opportunity to photograph the impressive archipelago of the B.V.I. Your route will take you on down the spine of this beautiful island. From here you will drive to The Baths. These massive granite boulders stand out against powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, so seize this chance to scramble through narrow gaps, intricate pools and passages which comprise this adventurous footpath before it opens out to the spectacular white sands of Devil's Bay. The beach at The Baths boasts an appealing bar, souvenir stand and restrooms. For those not physically inclined, you can still be witness to these dramatic batholiths should you take a drink at the Top of The Baths, or the less strenuous path direct down to Devils Bay.
