You will see the subtropical thermopile forest of Laurisilva Woods before traveling on to the small, enchanting village of Agulo . Surrounded by a massive basalt wall almost 984 feet high, Agulo offers a breathtaking view of the nearby island of Tenerife. It's a short 15-minute drive to Centro Visitantes Juego de Bolas in Las Rosas a center where you will learn the history of how the island was formed. Your next destination will be Laguna Grande in the middle of the National Park Garajonay, where you will enjoy a guided walk. Head to Agando , where you will see the magnificent landscape of volcanic basalt formations at Roques de Agando and Orchilla , one of La Gomera's most striking features at 4,074 feet high.
